These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rubiconprep.study and the related Rubicon Prep applications and services (the "Site"), operated by CLT Prep, LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
01 · Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
02 · Use of the Site
Permitted use. The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to access our test preparation content and services.
Prohibited use. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, to copy, resell, or redistribute our content, or to transmit harmful content such as viruses or malicious code. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
03 · Test Preparation Disclaimer
Rubicon Prep is an independent test-preparation company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exam publisher or credentialing body, and our materials are not official exam content. Exam names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the exams we help you prepare for. We do not guarantee any particular exam result except as expressly stated in our written pass guarantee, whose terms control.
04 · Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are offered on a subscription basis at the price shown at checkout ($39/month per exam program at the time of writing). Subscriptions renew until canceled; you may cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Our pass guarantee, where offered, applies only on its stated terms — including completing the program and providing proof of completion and your official score report.
05 · User-Generated Content
If you submit content to the Site, you retain ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.
06 · Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
07 · Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLT Prep, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
08 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLT Prep, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
09 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
10 · Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page, and we will update the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
